Shipping Policy for ZayYaNun

At ZayYaNun we are committed to providing you with an excellent shopping experience, and timely delivery is a key part of that experience. We offer fast shipping to both Lahore and other cities across Pakistan. Here are the details of our shipping times:
1. Shipping Locations
- Domestic Shipping: We ship to all cities and towns within Pakistan. Whether you are in Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Peshawar, or any other city, we ensure that your orders reach you in the shortest possible time.
2. Shipping Times

For Lahore:
- Orders placed for delivery within Lahore are typically delivered within 48 hours (2 business days) from the time of order confirmation, subject to stock availability and payment confirmation.
- For example, if you place an order on a Monday, you should expect delivery by Wednesday.

For Other Cities:
- Orders to cities outside Lahore, including major cities such as Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, and other towns and cities across Pakistan, will be delivered within 4 to 5 business days.
- Delivery may take slightly longer for remote areas or during periods of high demand, such as holidays or sale events.
3. Order Processing and Handling Time
- All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to our logistics partner for shipping.
Please Note: If your order includes trending products that are in high demand, there may be slight delays in processing. We will notify you if any delays occur, and you can expect an updated estimated delivery time.
4. Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping: Our standard delivery is available for all orders and is calculated based on the destination.
- For Lahore, standard delivery time is 48 hours.
- For other cities, standard delivery time is 4 to 5 business days.
- Express Shipping: We also offer express shipping for faster delivery. However, express shipping is only available for certain products and areas, and delivery may still take 2–3 business days depending on your location.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Shipping fees are shown before you finalize your order and complete the payment process.

Free Shipping: From time to time, we may offer special promotions, including free shipping for select products or for orders above a certain value. Be sure to watch out for these offers!

COD (Cash on Delivery): For customers in Lahore and other cities, we offer the Cash on Delivery (COD) option. Please note that COD orders may take a bit longer to process compared to prepaid orders.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your shipment through our courier partner’s website or by contacting our customer support team.
Tracking Information: Please note that tracking details may take up to 24 hours to appear on the courier website after shipment confirmation.
7. Delays and Lost Shipments
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, certain factors like weather conditions, courier delays, and other unforeseen events can sometimes cause delays. In the rare case that your shipment is delayed beyond the expected time frame:
- For Lahore orders: If delivery takes more than 48 hours, please contact us immediately.
- For orders to other cities: If delivery takes longer than 5 business days, we will investigate and get back to you with an update.
Lost Packages: If you suspect that your package is lost, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with our courier partners to locate and resolve the issue.
8. Shipping Restrictions
- We strive to ship all products to all locations within Pakistan. However, some products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or legal limitations. If this is the case with an item in your order, our customer support team will contact you and provide suitable alternatives.
